IPG accepts Visa, Visa Electron, MasterCard, Maestro, Switch and Solo. You can safely enter your entire credit card number via our secure server, which encrypts all submitted information. We do not however, store credit card information. After your booking is successful, we will send you confirmation and a map to your chosen centre.
We recommend booking at least two weeks in advance to secure your desired centre and game date. All bookings are subject to availability. Your choice of centre and date may not always be available, but alternatives will always be offered.
There are no minimum or maximum requirements; any group size is fine (although we may require a minimum of 20 players for a mid week game). You will generally be combined with other players on the day to make up a team, however you are also able to organise private games for larger groups.
Yes, at most centres you can, provided there is a minimum of 20 players in total booked for the day. We will notify you if there are not enough players to open a centre during the week. We will always strive to provide you with an available centre.
You are welcome to use any number of your tickets at your convenience. You do not have to use all of the tickets during the one visit, so you can play several times over the validity period of the tickets.
Once you have purchased VIP tickets, you are entitled to this VIP price forever! That is only £6 for the ticket (including entry and all equipment hire for a full day of paintball), plus an additional £9.99 for the first 100 paintballs. If you do not have a Membership Number because you have never purchased VIP tickets, simply purchase the tickets online for the recommended price of £30 per ticket, or visit one of our many approved ticket re-sellers.
The VIP tickets entitle 10 players entry into any of the IPG-approved paintball centres in the UK, Ireland, Australia, and New Zealand. The package also includes all equipment hire required for a full day of action.
Paintball equipment required for the day includes: Full head protection goggles, body armour, combat suit with protective collar, commando battle pack, latest semi-automatic machine gun, unlimited gas, and tea/coffee all day. (Note: All IPG approved paintball centres have full Public Liability Insurance).
* We cannot guarantee full head protection goggles and body armour at our Local Paintball Centres.
Paintballs and pyrotechnics (smoke grenades and paint grenades) are NOT included in the cost of the VIP tickets; neither is food and drink (except for tea and coffee which is free all day at most centres).
In England and Wales additional paintballs cost just £6.99 per 100 when you buy in bulk quantities of 1000 paintballs or £7.99 per 100 when bought in small quantities.
Paintball prices may vary from National to Local Paintball Centres.
You can also purchase smoke and paint grenades at the centre (over 18yrs only).
There is no way of knowing how many paintballs any individual will use, as it depends on how trigger-happy you are. It is entirely up to each person and how much they want to spend. After you pay for your first 100 paintballs to confirm your booking, you can then purchase additional paintballs at the centre throughout the day during the breaks between games.
All customers are required to sign the "How It Works" section on the back of the tickets. This outlines the full extent of the service that IPG will provide. The wording of the confirmation has been specifically approved by the Office of Fair Trading, on page 148 of its Unfair Contract Terms Guidance publication of February 2001. One is bound by what one signs.
Unfortunately not. All centres have a set capacity, and all of the equipment, catering, staffing and game plans are tailored to the number of people booked in to play.
Unfortunately not. If anyone fails to attend the event on the date you have booked, the prepayment and paintballs for that person will be forfeited. All payments are non-refundable and non-transferable. However, at most centres credits can be carried forward and used for a future visit if any players fail to attend the event.
At most centres a freshly cooked lunch can be purchased for under £5.00 per person (this can be pre-ordered online at the time of booking, depending on which centre you would like to visit). Free tea, coffee and cold water is provided all day, and there is a snack shop onsite at most centres where you can purchase chocolates, drinks, crisps, etc.
Parents need to know about the nature of the activity and decide for themselves whether their particular child is hardy and mature enough to participate in this type of activity. To help you with this, we have compiled an "Information for Parents" guide, which can be downloaded here. Various precautions have been taken to maximise player safety and comfort and make paintball more suitable for younger children. These precautions include full head protection goggles, body armour and combat suits with a protective collar.
The minimum age at all National Centres is 10 years old. At some Local Centres the minimum is 12 years old (these centres are marked accordingly on the map on the locations page).
We will try to join your group up with a similar aged group, wherever possible. However, there are often groups of mixed ages (when parents like to play with their children, or there are older siblings joining in etc).
On arrival you will be greeted by our friendly staff who will welcome you to the centre and help you fill out registration forms. After registration, you will be kitted up with all the necessary equipment and undergo a short safety briefing. Then the action starts - you will play 10-12 games during a full day session, with short breaks in between to reload your paintballs and discuss tactics! There are covered and uncovered picnic tables available, and all centres have flushing WC facilities. We stop for a short lunch break half way through the day, and you can expect to leave the site by 4:00 - 4:30pm.
All players are required to complete a registration form before they begin play. Players under 16 years must have a Parental Consent Form signed by a parent or guardian. We suggest you send these out with your invitations. The other parents should return their completed registration forms for you to bring to the paintball centre on the day of your event.
All players can complete registration forms on arrival at the paintball centre.
Players should wear old, comfortable clothing and may also want to bring a change of clothes. The most suitable footwear would be a light boot, but old trainers are most commonly worn. Gloves are available to buy at the centre for £6.99, or you can bring your own. You may also want to bring some money for purchasing additional paintballs and food throughout the day (we accept cash and credit/debit cards verified by PIN only).
You can bring your own equipment to the centre, but it is always at the discretion of the Centre Manager whether you can use it. You can bring your own goggles, provided they are designed for paintball games and have not been modified in any way. You can bring your own gun, but only if it can operate from the paintball centres’ canister, and subject to a chronograph test. We do not allow customers to bring their own gas cylinders on site for any reason.
Just as you can't take your own alcohol to a pub, you cannot bring your own paintballs to the centre. You can only use paintballs issued by the paintball centre on the day of your event.
The games go ahead regardless, in all weather conditions. All of the game zones are outdoors, but there are sheltered areas in the base camp where you can go between games.
Paintball centre locations are subject to change for reasons beyond our control, and the location map is for guidance only. Alternative venues will always be offered, and IPG undertakes to maintain a minimum of 10 such venues within the UK.
VIP tickets can lawfully be purchased by persons of any age - there is no need for an adult to be present. Unwanted tickets can be sold to third parties or given away.
All IPG VIP tickets come with a 7 day satisfaction guarantee. If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, we will be happy to offer you a refund within 7 days of purchase (unused tickets only). Simply write to IPG at 57 Broadway Court, Wimbledon, London, SW19 1RG requesting a refund. Requests must be received via post, and please remember to include full contact details and all your receipts, vouchers and tickets (purchased and/or free). Please make sure you affix the correct postage to your refund request as this may delay the arrival of your letter. If we do not receive your request within 7 days of purchase due to the incorrect postage you may not be entitled to a refund. We suggest you use a traceable method, as you will be responsible for the items until they are received by us at the address listed above.
Please allow up to 21 days for your refund to be processed. Once we have received and processed your refund an IPG agent will contact you on the details you provided with a response.
To help speed up the processing of your request, we suggest that you include the following details in your letter; full contact details (or the person who bought the tickets, if different), payment method (i.e. Cash, Credit/Debit Card, Cheque), date and place of purchase.
Please note that we reserve the right to send back items to you that have been returned to us after the 7 day period.
Complete the enquiry form on the Contact Us page. One of our friendly staff will contact you with answers to your questions. Alternatively, you can call IPG directly on 0844 477 5155.
We strongly recommend boots with ankle support and deep tread/rubber soles - it can be muddy, wet and slippery in the woodlands.
